This patchset also includes stdlib.h to be able to work with memory allocation. Pass programmer's data as a parameter to functions that need it. Therefore programmer specific delay functions can avoid programmer specific globals. This is used for getting a whitelist of commands supported by the programmer, as some programmers like ichspi don't support all opcodes.
