+Support IQAudIO Digi board with iqaudio_digi machine driver and
+ iqaudio-digi-wm8804-audio overlay.

+NB. Machine driver is a cut and paste of hifiberry_digi code, with format
+ and general cleanup to comply with kernel coding standards.
