As the preceding if (libubi) will never be true on non-UBI builds, compiling only failed when disabling optimization. Also rebase patch to latest u-boot.git HEAD. *	uboot-envtools: add support for environment in ubi volume	John Crispin	2014-06-02	1	-0/+166
	On UBI enabled devices, U-Boot might store it's environment on UBI volume(s). Support this in uboot-envtools, so fw_setenv and fw_printenv can work on these platforms.
