Refreshed all patches.
Removed patches because included in upstream:
- 499-mtd-parser-cmdline-Fix-parsing-of-part-names-with-co.patch
- 0071-2-PCI-qcom-Fixed-IPQ806x-PCIE-reset-changes.patch
