brcm47xx: backport MIPS fix adding struct device for the SoC
It's needed to:
1) Fix GPIOLIB_IRQCHIP as in 4.19 there is no bcma revert anymore
2) Fix /sys/devices/
3) Fix dma_zalloc_coherent() regression
It still needs a bcma change that will follow later.
