ramips: assign LEDs for RAVPower RP-WD03
According to the User Manual, there is a "Wi-Fi LED" with blue and green colors, doing the following by default: Flashing Blue: System loading Solid Blue: System loaded Flashing Green: Connecting to the Internet Solid Green: Connected to the Internet According to this vendor behavior, we keep refer to the LED as "wifi" but implement the according default behavior as in OEM firmware.
