\| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \|	5.4.102 backported a lot of stuff that our WireGuard backport already did, in addition to other patches we had, so those patches were removed from that part of the series. In the process other patches were refreshed or reworked to account for upstream changes. This commit involved `update_kernel.sh -v -u 5.4`. *	kernel-5.4: backport fd16931a2f51 for chacha neon	Jason A. Donenfeld	2021-03-02	1	-0/+52
	Without this patch, the chacha block counter is not incremented on neon rounds, resulting in incorrect calculations and corrupt packets. This also switches to using `--no-numbered --zero-commit` so that future diffs are smaller.
